Therapeutic Love

The Inner Compass

A Guided Journey of Self-Inquiry, Heart Coherence & Nervous System Awareness

Choose how far you'd like to go

You can start with the short one and go deeper later — nothing you write is lost.

There is nothing here you have to answer.

This is an invitation to become curious about yourself.

Move slowly. Skip anything that doesn't resonate. Write one sentence or an entire page. There are no right answers, no score, and no expectation that you already understand what you are feeling.

Answer from where you are today, not from where you think you should be.

Your details

Begin here

Just a few questions. Enough for me to write you a heart-coherence meditation around what matters most to you right now. Nothing else is required.

1. What is the main thing you are working with right now?One sentence is enough. For example: grief after losing someone, or wanting my heart to feel open again.
2. If it had a theme, which of these comes closest?
3. Where do you notice it in your body?Chest, throat, stomach, shoulders — or simply “I’m not sure yet.”
4. How would you like to feel more often?
5. Choose 3–5 words you would like to feel more familiar with.
6. Anything you would like included in your meditation?A person, a place, an animal, a memory, a phrase, a piece of music — anything that already carries meaning for you.

What happens after you submit?

There is no algorithm deciding who you are.

There is no score.

And an unanswered question is not missing information.

You are invited to share only what feels appropriate.

I will work with what you give me.

Your responses can be used to create a personalized Therapeutic Love Inner Compass Reflection that looks for themes within your emotional experience, body awareness, breathing, relationships, boundaries, patterns, self-talk, intentions, and personal language.

Where useful, your reflection may also include accessible education about nervous-system regulation, heart coherence, breathing, meditation, and brainwave states to help you better understand some of the experiences you described.

From there, I can create a personalized Heart Coherence Meditation using elements that already carry meaning for you: your words, imagery, memories, people, animals, places, spiritual language, intentions, and desired emotional states.

The purpose is not to tell you what your answers mean.

It is to reflect patterns back to you, offer another perspective, and give you practices you can explore for yourself.

Your answers become the map.
Your body becomes the compass.
Your awareness creates choice.
Your practice creates familiarity.

Every question is optional. Share only what feels comfortable.

The Inner Compass is an educational and self-reflective wellness practice. It is not a diagnostic assessment and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or mental-health care.
